Is building the dense city the right way to go?

Press invitation: There is a great need for housing in and around Gothenburg. Gothenburg has a strong emphasis on densification and high exploitation in the central parts of the city. What advantages and disadvantages has such a strategy for different qualities as housing, building costs and from a different sustainability perspective? This will be discussed at Urban Lunch-time.
