The CTLip was exhilirated to welcome visitors David Simon, Mikael Cullberg and Henrietta Palmer for a visit in March 2016. A series of meetings connected the MUF representatives with members of the CTLip and City of Cape Town officials. The meetings introduced the phase two projects and were used as a starting point for discussions of collaborative, comparative and coproduced work across the Lips in the coming second phase of the MUF work.

Given the exciting work produced in the first phase, two intensive days of meetings marked an important starting point for connecting the work across socio-spatial, socio-ecological and socio-cultural transformations across the various Lips.
